At Edgehax (Stavar Systems Pvt Ltd), we design and sell advanced edge AI hardware and electronics products. This policy explains the terms for order cancellation, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.edgehax.com.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] with the Order ID.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
1.2 Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bulk, enterprise, or B2B orders
- Products manufactured or procured specifically against an order
- Software licenses, firmware, SDKs, or digital products (if applicable)
1.3 Cancellation by Edgehax
Edgehax reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- There is a pricing or listing error
- The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized
- Customer information is incomplete or incorrect
In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused and returned in original packaging with accessories
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical faults
- Bulk or enterprise orders
- Software, firmware, or digital licenses
2.3 Return Approval
- All returns are subject to verification and approval by Edgehax.
- Customers must obtain Return Authorization before shipping any product back.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only when:
- An order is cancelled before shipment
- A returned product passes inspection and is approved
- Edgehax cancels an order due to operational reasons
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable
4. Shipping & Liability
- Once an order is handed over to the logistics partner, it is considered shipped
- Edgehax is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details
5. Legal Compliance (India)
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce rules. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.
